As an Executive and Leadership Coach, I help mid-level managers and senior executives breakthrough leadership barriers, overcome imposter syndrome, and lead with confidence. My Energy Leadership™ approach isn’t just about skill-building. Rather, it’s about transforming the way you see yourself as a leader so you can inspire, influence, and create real impact.

Teams

Studies show that only 20% of teams achieve their potential. A team is as strong as its players.

Teams and organizations have a way of creating a collective pulse that is positively or negatively engaged most of the time. As a leader or member of the team, you get to influence that pulse (see working with Leaders).

When the whole team raises their awareness about how they operate and what opportunities are available for them they deliver constant outstanding results. Most teams experience too much conflict and stress, and the team members feel their potential is underutilized.  You want your team to thrive!

These sessions combine both teaching/training and shifting mindsets that spark lasting change. It’s leadership development with heart, humor, and just the right amount of puppetry magic to make the sessions memorable and fun!

Before you can create meaningful change, you need clarity. The ELI Assessment is your launchpad—giving you a powerful snapshot of how you show up in life, at work, and under stress.

Developed by iPEC, the Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment reveals the lens through which you view the world, yourself, and others. This isn’t your typical personality test—it’s a dynamic tool that uncovers the energy behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
